The restaurant/bar/mini shop is closed every Tuesday from April to June and from September to early November. They are closed entirely from 6 November to 20 November 2012.
From 10 to 16 November 2012, the pool, sauna and sun bed are closed.
Payment and cancelation conditions
These are general hotel policies for Alpine Club. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
